About blockdata_test.tar

Hi, I got blockdata_test.tar, and untared it. Because I am using Intel
Fortran Compiler, so I replaced all "g77" to "ifort", then executed

make main.good main.bad main.init main.good2

but it stucked at main.good2. I found that the Makefile has missed one
entry as following

testbd2.o: testbd2.f
        ifort -c testbd2.f

After I added this entry, thing went fine.
