Re: Problems installing NCL

Hi Sarah-Jane,

It looks like you might not have write permissions in /usr/local,
although I'm surprised it doesn't say this specifically.

Can you install this somewhere in your home directory? The
instructions are still the same, you just need to change the
directory name.
