How to install ncl_ncarg 5.0.1 precompiled binary

Hi

I want to install ncl_ncarg 5.0.1 pre compiled binary in my system. My
system is REDHAT LINUX 5.0

export NCARG_ROOT=/usr/local
export PATH=/usr/local/bin:$PATH

Then I gave the following ......

export DISPLAY=0.0
export DISPLAY=128.177.14.12.0
export DISPLAY localhost: my number

but it is not giving any respone. Could you tell me how to start the
installation process.
