why -I/usr/include/linux turn to -I/usr/include/1 after configure

Hi

I set my ArchRecIncSearch in config/LINUX like this:
#define ArchRecIncSearch -I/usr/include -I/usr/include/X11
-I/mnt/home/xqiu/Program/IntelCompiled/include
-I/opt/intel/Compiler/11.1/064/include -I/usr/include/linux
The compiler are icc and ifrot

The problem is "-I/usr/include/linux" can't be recognized by Configure. It
always be changed to "-I/usr/include/1"

Why "linux" turn to "1"?
