Hi Mary,
I've type the commands you sent me last week, and it seems that ncarg lib
is not set correctly.
I've attached a bmp showing the commands output.

Hi Miguel,

It's kind of hard to read your screen shot, but the error message is
indicating that
NCARG_ROOT is not being set.

 From your output, it looks like it is set, but to be certain, can
you type the following and
send me the output:

    printenv NCARG_ROOT
    env | grep NCARG
    ncargpath lib
    which ncl
    ng4ex xy01n -clean
