Subject: Re: [ncl-install] I have question for NCL install that version and specifications
Normally I would recommend that you download a precompiled non-OPeNDAP enabled binary to start with, and download the latest version available (5.2.1). If you download source code, then you may have to build several other external software packages from scratch. However, you said you have gcc 3.4.5, which we don't have a binary for. The closest thing is this file, which is OPeNDAP-enabled:ncl_ncarg-5.2.1.Linux_x86_64_gcc346.tar.gzTry this one to start with.--MaryOn Nov 29, 2010, at 12:09 PM, Kbin Yun wrote:
Dear ucars.
I with x86_64 and gcc version = 3.4.5 (Red Hat 3.4.5-2)
NCL version is 5.1.0, 5.1.1, 5.2.0, 5.2.1.
AND
Download list is source code, prcompiled binaries OPeNDAP-enabled and not OPeNDAP-enabled.
Well-suited to my specifications and NCL version is what list?
Thank you to advice.
