NCL v6.1.0 ?

I read on this page:
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/HDF.shtml
that:

*IMPORTANT NOTE:*NCL v6.1.0 can identify OMI data files and will
automatically correct for the latitude reversal.

But NCL v6.0 is the latest release I can find for download/install.

Is the above note a typo or is the note in anticipation of the next
release? If it is in anticipation of the next version... when do you
expect it to be released?
