In the future, please send your NCL installation questions to ncl-install@ucar.edu.

You must subscribe first:

If your system is complaining about any "dylib" file, then this usually implies you are on a MacOS system.

It would help if you tell me which NCL binary file you downloaded, and what your exact error message is.

Also, I need to know the output from:

    uname -a
