I donwloaded the tar file ncr_ncarg-6.1.2.CYGWIN_NT-6.1-WOW64-i686.tar I uncompressed and when I gave the command ncargf90, the error message I got is: /usr/local/bin/ncargf90: bin/csh: bad interpreter : permission denied Pl. help to solve this problem.
