installation problem (version 6.1.2)

Hello,
I'm trying to build and install NCL (version 6.1.2) from the source code.
I follow the guide, but at the end of the installation some files are
missing in my installation folder (i.e. in the bin folder is missing
"ncl").
How can I fix this problem ?
