plot station data

Hello Colleagues,

 Does somebody know how to plot station data by using NCL? I have some
station data(in ASCII format) with latitudes and longitudes. First I would
like to convert the data to netcdf format and then plot contour on the
map.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
