to adjust the plot's longitudes with the map

Dear all hands,

I am using ncl to plot. But the longitudes of the netCDF file are between 0 and
360. How can I plot it on the (-180,180) basemap? There is always a
180-longitude's drift between the map and the plot. Someone can help me? Thanks
for any help in advance.
