A comment about the error function and the complimentary
error function.

These are already compiled within NCL.
However, no explicit NCL interface is provided to these
functions. If time permits or demand requires, we'll
include them in the next release.

Finally, we have received some question concerning
accessing fortran from NCL. I'll write a few simple
examples and post to ncl-talk.
