I'm afraid it is not. the ncar logo's were actually digitized pixel by pixel
by fred clare and put into the NCL character set.
In order to be able to randomly input other logos, NCL would have to be able
to import raster images (e.g. gif,jpg). This is in the queue, but I think it
is rather low priority.
