Is there any way to access the ncl api (as described on
http://ngwww.ucar.edu/ngdoc/ng/ref/ncl/NclApi.html) using the 4.2.0.a27
ncl distribution? There's no libnclapi.a included, but the required
header files are there and it appears the symbols are in the ncl binary (I
guess libnclapi.a was statically linked).
