    Sorry, no. The "eofcov" and "eofcor" functions use
    a fairly straight forward way to compute the covariance
    matrix. The covariance matrix is stored in symmetric
    storage mode to minimize memory demands. There is no
    'easy' way to extend this.

    If you have fortran code that could do this, then
    it would be fairly staright forward to call the fortran.
