Sorry, no. The "eofcov" and "eofcor" functions use
a fairly straight forward way to compute the covariance
matrix. The covariance matrix is stored in symmetric
storage mode to minimize memory demands. There is no
'easy' way to extend this.

--- If you have fortran code that could do this, then it would be fairly staright forward to call the fortran.
