NCL installation problem with MACOSX

      I tried to install NCL under MACOSX 10.2.8 and received these messages:

    Unpacking ncl (from .../ncl_4.2.0.a028-1_darwin-powerpc.deb) ...
    dpkg: error processing
    /sw/fink/dists/stable/main/binary-darwin-powerpc/sci/ncl_4.2.0.a028-1_darwin
    -powerpc.deb (--install):
     trying to overwrite `/sw/lib/ncarg/ngwww/ngurl', which is also in package
    ncarg
    dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)
    Errors were encountered while processing:
