It is quite handy when online is not available.

It was printed OK with Preview on Mac OS X Panther.
A minor thing. Every item in the table of contents starts with "?".
I guess this is not what it should be.
Perhaps same fonts are not available here.
You could avoid this problem by embedding fonts when creating PDF with
Acrobat.
Fonts are embedded in PDF files created on Mac OS X using OS's
functionality.
