    this is an operator designed to be called as a command line executable.
    the documentation for it is at:

    what machine are you trying to excute this on? I have not touched this
    software since the security changes at NCAR and have no idea if any of
    these operators currently function. we also have new machines and the
    software will have to be recompiled for the new machines.
