Re: new version of NCL available

Hi Christian,

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We had our semi-annual machine power
down this weekend, and I guess this affects web servers as well. Also,
I believe the ESG was undergoing some software upgrade.

It should be back up now, so please try again.
