lat/lon transformation

Hi,

I've got an easy one today - at least i hope so...

I'd like to graph the entire North Pacific.

When I set my minlon less than -180 and my maxlon less than 0, I get a
projection from -180 to 180. Same thing with setting minlon greater than 0,
and
maxlon greater than 180.

I'd like to graph a range from about 120E to 100W

How can I avoid this?
