about the scale number

Hi all:
  
  When I draw a xy2 plot, sometimes I get the y-axis(right or left) scale with such numbers 0.000,0.100,0.200,.... If I want get 0.0,0.1,0.2..., how can I deal with it?(In this case,the tmYBmode is not a valid source) Thanks.
