Hi James,

Another possibility is to remove the missing values from your array:

   ii = ind(.not.ismissing(X))
   X2 = X(ii) ; Assumes "ii" has some index values in it.
   stamp2 = stamp(ii)

Then plot X2 vs stamp2.
