Re: NCL documentation

Please, I ask you apologies for this.
I know now that Geocities (argh!!) has a 'data transfer limit' equal to
about 5Mb. If one person download the file, anyone can't download it.
Please, if somebody have a way to put this file available for all users,
I may send the file.
