Convert data type

Hi, NCL users!

I need to convert types of data of the archive "prate_media.nc" (in annex)
for resolution of 05x05. The representation latitude (g0_lat_1) is
0.38x0.38degrees, and the longitude (g0_lon_2) this in
0.4x0.4. So, I need the 0.5x0.5 resolution, because all my works are in this
resolution.
It is possible in NCL?
Can you help me?
