Re: skewt errors

Kate,

The first thing that skewT_PlotData does is check for
places where all the appropriate input arguments do not
have missing values and the pressure values are larger
than 100. To this end it uses the statement:

   idx = ind (.not.ismissing(P) .and. .not.ismissing(TC) .and. \
              .not.ismissing(TDC) .and. P.ge.100. )

Since your "tdc" input contains all missing values, the above results
in "idx" itself being set to a missing value. "idx" is subsequently
used to index the input arrays, but it is out of bounds. Probably
skewT_PlotData should be augmented to test for this case and
issue an error, but I think this is your problem.
