Request for NCL / Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 installation

Hi,

Can you please advise me on installation of NCL on a RedHat
Enterprise Linux 3 computer?

The system administrator has warned me that the default release of
NCL requires glibc-2.4 libraries, while most of our machines depend
on glibc-2.3.2.
