The Natgrid source code is part of the NCAR Graphics source code, which
is available for download from:

   http://ngwww.ucar.edu/ng/download.html

Once you have the NCAR Graphics source code, you will see the source
in the directory: $NCARG/ngmath/src/lib/gridpack/natgrid. Natgrid
is written in C.
