Re: polar plot: replacing longituyde label by local time

Mary,

I got it now. I remembered that
  res_at_gsnPolarUT =12.
defines the UT time of the plot, not an array to substitute
the local time. So the combination of
  res_at_gsnPolarUT =12. ; turn on local time
  res_at_gsnPolarTime = True ; turn on local time
works fine. I just used it in the wrong way before.
