PopLatLonV files

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to convert some vectors from the POP gx1v3 grid onto the CAM
T42 grid, and I'm getting error messages about a missing file. I can't
find any "rot_*.nc" files on either my local version of ncl or on the
EarthSystemGrid. I was wondering if anybody would be able to point me
towards these files.

By the way, the Non-NCAR link on
http://www.cgd.ucar.edu/csm/models/ocn-pop/grids.shtml is broken.
