Setting Variable Values on the Command Line

Hello,

Just a note (as maybe an addition to the command line options web page),
I find that putting the single quotes around just the string value
works for me (versus the entire expression):

  ncl foo='"value"' script.ncl

  works as well as
  
  ncl 'foo="value"' script.ncl
