How to do area average

   Dear NCL-users, Greetings. I have four dimensional data (ntim, nlat,nlon, nlevel), of Uwind.mon.mean.nc, I want to do area average from 100-130E and 0-10N for the period 1976 to 2006 at 850 hpa.
