Correlating WRF output with WRF input (NCL)

Hi.
Has anyone used NCL to correlate variables from WRF (ARW) output
files, in particular variables at different levels, with WRF input
files (Met_em files) yet?
I have tried several different methods and I am rather confused at
multiple errors that I am getting. I am now just looking for great WRF-
Correlation examples to follow.
