problem with mpOceanFillColor in version 5.0.0

Hi, ncl developers,
I have recently upgraded to version 5.0.0 of ncl.
When using version 4.3.0 I used the mpOceanFillColor
resource to mask my fields with the GSHHS coastlines
dataset. Why does this not work with the latest
version of ncl?
