newbie with download trouble on AIX

Hello,
I apologize if this is not an old question -- the archives are
difficult to search.
I am trying to download the NCAR 5.0 package to install. I followed
the install instructions using wget and was able to download the
Linux and Mac OS packages without too many problems. But for AIX,
the message it gives is "authorization failed," which does not make
sense because I'm going to the very same site for all the files,
AFAIK. Help? Thanks
