Hello,

This is the 2nd time you have made this post.

[1] I am sure that if people had a script to compute radial velocity,
       they would have responded.

[2] You could help yourself by including what information
       you have available.

[3] Have you tried to write any code yourself? If so, post it.
     I speculate that you will get some help.

[4] In the case with non-concentric isobars, at a distance "r" from the
center
     I think something like the following may be appropriate:

               V = ( -1/x )*d(p)/d(theta)

    where
               V = radial velocity
               x = rho*(U+rf)
                      rho = density
                         U = tangential wind speed
                         r = specified distance from the center
                         f = Coriolis force
             dp/dtheta = pressure gradient at the distance r from the center
                               over some angle
