question about ploting contour by using station_1.ncl

Hi dear NCL users,
   
   I want to plot contour by using the station_1.ncl from

  http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/station.shtml ,

  but I had toruble wiith the stn_latlon.dat. How can I changed the
data in stn_latlon.dat to fit my area which is from 15-45N and 95-135E.
   The attached file is my pw.dat. (named:td.bak)

  I also wonder how I can change the:

   res_at_mpLeftCornerLatF = lat2d(?,?)
  res_at_mpLeftCornerLonF = lon2d(?,?)
  res_at_mpRightCornerLatF = lat2d(?,?)
  res_at_mpRightCornerLonF = lon2d(?,?)
