There is also an nedit mode

These may not have recent NCL funtions included.
These NCL aware editors are maintained on a volunteer basis so
updates are infrequent.
Note: *anybody* can make changes to update.
Send the updated files to ncl-talk and they will be used to
update the files distributed with NCL.
