"Segmentation fault" error with RUC80 files

Hi,

I'm trying to read a RUC 80 km grib file with ncl from
http://dss.ucar.edu/datasets/ds335.0/mssgroups.html?grpidx=6,
but I have a 'Segmentation fault' error.

I have the same error if I try to use ncl_filedump, ncl_convert2nc or
addfile.

The complete error is:
warning:RUC_CONUS_80km_20060912_0600.grib1->V_VEL_211_ISBL is missing ft:
0 lv: 200
Segmentation fault

I can read the file with 'wgrib'.
I have no problems with NAM80 grib files, and only some warnings with
RUC20 grib2 files.

My ncl version is 4.3.1 (I tried 5.0.0 but the error was the same).

uname -a :
Linux marathon 2.6.18-ral-smp #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Sep 20 16:35:30 MDT 2006
i686 GNU/Linux
