Yinghui,

There could be a couple of things going on here. One is that you maybe
running into a bug that is causing your contours to "bleed" into
other areas. This is not a common problem, but it's happened before.

I would have to see your script in order to know if this was the problem,
or if it was possible user error. Can you email it to me?
