How to plot a yellow area in a BlueRed map ?

Hi Debasish and all,

"SpreadColors" are used in these examples for the plot of temperature.

I want to use "BlueRed" to plot temperature anomaly (so negative is shown as
blue and positive red).

So my question is how to plot a third color in the "BlueRed" map.
