Amplitude in fourier_info.

Hi There:

A quick question about the definition of amplitude in fourier_info.

Is the amplitude the peak-to-peak amplitude, or just half of the
peak-to-peak amplitude?

Please also make this clear at the NCL website for fourier_info.
