Please use the lonFlip function:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Functions/Contributed/lonFlip.shtml

To use this function you also need to load the "contributed.ncl" script:

load "$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/contributed.ncl"

This might solve your problem.
