Hi Folks:

I am not sure if it can be handled by NCL functions. I mean to remove the
three harmonics from my daily observation.

I have an observation time series (1-D, daily, not perfect as model output)
with missing values, and it does not necessary go from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31. I
mean it may start from the middle of the year and end at a different place
of the year.

I notice functions:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Functions/Contributed/smthClmDayTLL.shtml
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Functions/Contributed/calcDayAnomTLL.shtml

Can handle 3-D time series that start from Jan. 1 and end at Dec. 31.

Thank you in advance,
