Need to undefine functions in contributed.ncl

Hello,

I have an NCL 5.0.0 script that loads contributed.ncl. It also loads another script that loads contributed.ncl. This leads to fatal errors. I have corrected this by undefining the following functions in contributed.ncl before they are declared: copyatt linint2_Wrap isStrSubset indStrSubset. Should this change be made in the official release?
