Sean,

Can you try the following, and let me know if you see a series of XY
plots when you repeatedly click on the X11 window with your left mouse
button:

    ng4ex gsun01n -clean

The pdf workstation creates perfect images, so I know that I'm coding it correctly. A "blank white" x11 window pops up, and cycles normally when I click it, until all plots are "displayed", and then closes. I tried the command "xeyes" to make sure x11 was working properly, and it did it's normal thing. As a side note, I'm not using CYGWIN (though that installation on another PC works great), but Ubuntu Linux (version 7.10). Any ideas?
