Basit,

As Andy pointed out, only "wrf_map_overlay" is currently in the suite
of WRF functions. "wrf_map_overlays" is a new function that will be
out in the 5.0.1 release of NCL, which will probably be a month or two
out.

You can either go back to using wrf_map_overlay, or you can download a
new copy of the WRFUserARW.ncl file from the WRF website:

http://www.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/OnLineTutorial/Graphics/NCL/

(Click on "new version" link under "What is NEW?")
