Is NCL on gale/gust Dods enable?

Good morning. How do I find out if a version of NCL is Dods-able or
not? I tried to run the script that is on the web, but it does not
work... It is not clear from the output if the data is not available or
ncl can't do it.
Is the ncl version on gale/gust/breeze Dods able?
