Hi Richard,

This doesn't sound right. There may be a bug. Can you point to a
location where I could retrieve this file or one like it?
If not can you ftp it to

ftp.cgd.ucar.edu

login as anonymous
cd incoming
put file

Since it is not possible to do a directory listing at this site, you
will need to email me the file name.
