I'm not sure I follow your question. Did you download the setup.exe
for Cygwin/X? This is available from:

    http://x.cygwin.com/

If you go to:

   http://x.cygwin.com/docs/ug/setup-cygwin-x-installing.html

you will see a list of the types of packages you should see when
running the "setup.exe" that comes with Cygwin/X.
